Q1. What are the payment Options?
Ans. We accept all major credit cards - American Express, Visa and Master Cards. You can also pay us through a bank transfer to our bank account, Bank Drafts or Cheque.
Q2. When will the order be delivered if i have selected the same day delivery?
Ans. We try our best to deliver your order at the earliest possible time. However, this may differ from city to city and hence your order will be deilvered any time between 9 am to 7pm during the day depending upon the time of order placement.
Q3. Will i get any updates for my order?
Ans. We have a order tracking link system on our website homepage which can be used to track your order movement during the day. You can also write to us at our customer support ids for any update or changes required.
Q4. How the midnight delivery works?
Ans. Midnight Delivery will be done on the night of the delivery date selected. For suppose, if the occasion is on 26 May 2008 please select the delivery date as 25 May 2008. However, this facility is currently available in select cities only(please check the delivery city list).
